These terms govern the use of the Be Health online store and the purchases you make on it. By purchasing, you accept them.

1. Who we are

2. Products

We try to show our products as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. Photos are for illustration.

3. Health notice

Our products are for wellness and personal care. They are not medical devices and do not replace diagnosis or treatment by a healthcare professional. Do not use them if you are pregnant, have a pacemaker or other electronic implant, epilepsy, wounds or any medical condition without first consulting your doctor. Always follow the instructions for use.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). We may change them at any time, but the price in effect when you place your order will be honored. Payment is processed securely through Shopify. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

5. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, due to lack of stock, a pricing error or suspected fraud). In that case we'll refund the full amount.

6. Shipping and returns

Governed by our shipping policy and our refund policy.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not responsible for damage resulting from use other than as described in the instructions.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one in effect.
