Shipping policy
Free shipping to the United States on every order.
Timeframes
- Processing: 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
- Delivery in the US: usually 7–15 business days after shipping.
Times are estimates and may be longer during peak seasons, holidays or for reasons outside our control (customs, weather, carrier issues).
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number. It may take 2–3 days to show updates.
Orders with several items
If you buy several items, they may arrive in separate packages on different days.
Delivery address
Please double-check your address before paying. If a package is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping costs are your responsibility.
Lost or delayed package
If 30 business days have passed since shipping and you haven't received it, email us at mar.rive52@gmail.com and we'll make it right with a reshipment or a refund.
